The Moderated Newsgroup rec.travel.bed+breakfast is available using the Google newsgroup interface. It has been around the longest and is the only one worth bothering with. Post your questions here and you should get somekind of response. If your question is about finding a property in a specific area I suggest you use a service like BandBsearch.com or THE REGISTGER B&B Directory.

I've searched for various forums or discussion groups that relate to B&Bs for some time and I feel the best resource is the original rec.travel group linked above. I also think that the best way to access that information is via the Google.com Groups web based interface. Newsgroups, also known as the UseNet, are a very valuable resource, read their Help FAQ. You can find discussions, forums, or communities of people discussing a variety of topics. Not just bed and breakfast information, but almost everything under the sun can be found in some newsgroup.
